Every architect finds a spark of inspiration that fuels their journey. For Hemanth, a passionate B.Arch student from the Faculty of Architecture, that spark comes from the legendary Frank Gehry — a name synonymous with innovation and bold design.
Among Gehry’s many masterpieces, Hemanth’s favorite is the world-renowned Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. With its sweeping curves, unconventional forms, and daring use of materials, the Guggenheim is more than a museum — it’s a statement that architecture can break rules, challenge perceptions, and redefine cityscapes.
For Hemanth, Gehry’s work is a reminder that architecture isn’t confined to blueprints and bricks. It’s an art form that tells stories, evokes emotions, and shapes the cultural fabric of communities. As he continues his academic journey, Hemanth aspires to bring the same spirit of creativity and experimentation into his own designs.
At the Faculty of Architecture, we encourage students like Hemanth to explore, question, and dream — because true architects are not just builders of spaces, but visionaries who leave a mark on the world.
