
The Faculty of Architecture recently hosted an insightful guest lecture by Ar. Mohammed Afrid Rahman, focusing on “Advanced 3D Modelling and Presentation Techniques.” This session was tailored for our B.Design students, equipping them with cutting-edge knowledge and tools for the future of design.
Ar. Afrid introduced students to advanced concepts in parametric modeling, digital sculpting, and professional 3D design workflows using industry-leading software like Rhino and Grasshopper. Through detailed demonstrations, students explored how these tools can bring complex design ideas to life, from conceptual stages to presentation.
The lecture provided practical insights into streamlining workflows and enhancing design efficiency, showcasing how digital tools can be leveraged to create innovative and precise models.
